Organic Lamb

You will notice that our website is very much a work in progress. I'm new to all this, not being of the generation that grew up with all the techy, whizz bang gear as part of my daily life. However, being nudged out of one's comfort zone never did anyone any harm.
One part of
the website that is all set to go is the Lamb section in our list of products. We have Spring born, organically grown lambs ready for your freezer. Click on Lamb in the product list for details. Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
In the garden, we have courgettes and beans growing like triffids and needing daily harvesting. Salad and cooking greens are plentiful and I've been busy pricking out seedlings for the next round of planting to keep the harvest going.
It's a race to keep the new brassica seedlings safe from the white butterfly caterpillars. We use digital control,(ie thumb and forefinger!). I don't grow many brassicas through summer when there are plenty of alternatives that are not affected but there comes a time when seedlings of cabbage, cauli, brussels sprouts etc must be started ready to grow through into Autumn and Winter.
Our water tanks are all getting low so we're hoping the forecasters are correct with their predictions of rain for early next week.
